  • Vertical programs focused on transitioning specific job roles to an AI-first approach
  • Interactive exercises, assessments, and final exams

Successful completion of certain courses may allow you to purchase a professional certificate for display on LinkedIn and your resume.

3. Account Registration

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain account security.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

  • Course Access: Our training courses are free and do not require a credit card.
  • Certificate Exam Fee: A one-time fee is required to take the certificate exam.
  • Certificate Issuance: Upon passing the exam, your certificate will be issued immediately via email.
  • Refunds: Certificates are 100% refundable within 30 days of issuance. To request a refund, contact us at support@LiftTicketLearning.com.

5. Certificate Validity & Updates

Because AI technology evolves rapidly:

  • Certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
  • Our courses are updated every 6 months to reflect industry changes and maintain relevance.
  • We encourage students to re-certify periodically to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided on our platform—including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, interactive exercises, logos, and certificates—is the intellectual property of LiftTicket and/or our licensors.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer our materials
  • Use our Services for commercial purposes without prior written consent

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Services responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to hack, bypass, or disable security measures
  • Misrepresenting your identity or credentials
  • Sharing your exam answers or certificates with others
  • Using our platform to distribute harmful or malicious content

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

8. No Guarantee of Employment

Earning a certificate from LiftTicket does not guarantee employment, promotions, or salary increases. Our Services are intended for educational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • LiftTicket does not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific expectations.
